A solid pine dresser with pretty scallop detailing and lovely colour and patination, dating from the 19th century. Three shelved plate racks over five drawers with bun handles, on a base unit with two further drawers and two panelled doors revealing fitted shelves. This dresser comes in two parts, with the top shelving and drawer unit attaching to the base and the wall behind with supplied brackets.

Characteristics

This side table or small desk has a rectangular top with moulded edge and rounded corners, over two short frieze drawers with turned handles, on turned legs. The top has been restored sensitively, but displays the patina of much love and use, as shown in the images. It's also missing a small section of moulding to the lower left corner and on the right hand drawer knob, again as evidenced in the photos.

With a skilfully repaired area at the upper right corner, other minor knocks at the upper edges and feet. The drawers lined with a light-green paper with some pale moisture stains.
